Hey, Pat! How 'bout them Stars, eh? According to the video official (who appeared on the Mother Corp - Ye Olde Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) Hull's goal stands because he was the one who had possesion for the first (legal because he as not in the crease) shot and recovered his own rebound. Hasek did not not have control of the puck at any point. As a result, when Hull brought the rebound from his foot to his skate, it didn't mean he had to leave the crease again since you can follow the puck into the crease on your pwn possession - and he had never, technically, given up possession. Confused? You won't be after next week's episode of SOAP... By the by, I've been having mucho problemo getting RemarQ to accept my messages (They claim that they're having trouble setting my cookie (I think my hard drive has lost its cookies, but that's another story.) I'm not sure if/when I'll be able to post again. (A computer geek, uh..genius I know will be back in town in ten to twelve days and may be able to rearrange stuff on my operations and storage hard drives to enable me access on a regular basis again. Until then (or a miracle happens and RemarQ's software shows more tolerance of us cookie-impaired) Stars Rule! Sabres Drool! And Go, Spurs, Go! Shut down the would-be murderer and his more-or-less crime-free cohorts. Or: Go Knicks Go, Go Knicks Go, Across the Floor And out the door! Go Knicks Go! (Apologies. It had to be said.)
